About the wine

The Roccia de Angelis appears in the glass in a deep ruby red with a brick-colored edge. On the nose, it develops tempting aromas of maraschino cherries, hayflowers, spices and a pinch of licorice. On the palate, it is creamy and balanced, with a pleasant acidity, fine tannins and a long, elegant finish. This wine goes well with pecorino cheese, baked vegetables and typical specialities of the brands such as Ciauscolo, Prosciutto di Carpegna or Brasato alle Marchigiana. A versatile and sophisticated wine.
