Tasting note
The Saronsberg Viognier bouquet of honey and roses shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The subtle notes of mandarin, peach and mango create their individual texture. This is remembered: Its attractive golden yellow first pleases the eye and then the mind. A white wine with a medium-bodied body and subtle acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate.

Goes well with aperitif, cheese and dessert.
Vinification
Aged for 11 months in used Hungarian barriques on the lees.
