About the wine
Vino No 7 is a modern interpretation from the SCHULER team of oenologists led by winemaker Toni Broch, exclusively vinified by Bodega Manzanos in Rioja. Made from 100% Garnacha, it is surprisingly elegant, fine and delicate and far removed from the often powerful, heavy stylistic images of Spain. The grapes come from a selected vineyard of just 7 hectares, are carefully processed and aged in used 500-liter oak barrels. This is how the wine develops its full finesse without being dominated by wood. The result: a modern, delicate red wine with lots of expression and balance.
