About the wine
The winemaker from the German winery Heymann-Löwenstein has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region. Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: Hand picking of the grapes. Long fermentation of the must on the mash to obtain the full flavor concentration. The grapes are fermented at a low temperature and gently pressed. The deliberately oxidative, gentle and long ageing on the fine yeast makes these wines reductive in the bottle, so they absolutely need oxygen after opening the bottle.
