Puglia IGP Ladislao Negroamaro
The nose shows aromas of ripe cherries, tobacco, leather and carob. On the palate, the Negroamaro is full-bodied, well-structured with strong tannins. Lots of roasted aromas (vanilla) in the finish.
Goes well with cured meats, barbecues and stews.
Fermentation for up to 20 days in stainless steel tanks. Ageing for refinement in large oak barrels.
