About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this distinctive red wine 2016 — Puglia IGP Ladislao Negroamaro! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Barsento masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape in Puglia. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Negroamaro with salsiccia or pasta Bolognese.
Tasting note
The nose shows aromas of ripe cherries, tobacco, leather and carob. On the palate, the Negroamaro is full-bodied, well-structured with strong tannins. Lots of roasted aromas (vanilla) in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cured meats, barbecues and stews.
Vinification
Fermentation for up to 20 days in stainless steel tanks. Ageing for refinement in large oak barrels.
