Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red. Fresh red berries, cherries and Mediterranean herbs on the nose. Lively and fresh on the palate, with precise acidity and firm tannin. An elegant, versatile wine with lots of character.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetarian dishes, barbecues, cheese.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged for nine months in French barriques and 3000 liter foudres.
