Vegan
Tasting note
Dark ruby red with purple reflections. Intense bouquet with aromas of ripe raspberries, cherry and light chocolate. On the palate, it is extremely fruity, berry and with a sweet start. The wine is full-bodied and round, with soft tannins and mild acidity. A wine that immediately inspires many.
Culinary recommendation
Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: 168 Dalian - Primitivo Cuvee harmoniert ideal mit Risotto, Pasta und rotem Fleisch. Unsere Empfehlung: Trinken Sie diesen Rotwein bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 2-3 Jahre nach der Ernte.
Vinification
Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Die Trauben werden entrappt und eingemaischt. Die alkoholische Gärung sowie derMaischekontakt dauern ca. 15 Tage bei Temperaturen von maximal 30 °C. Nach der sanftenPressung wird der Wein in Edelstahltanks abgefüllt, wo die malolaktische Gärung und derweitere Ausbau während rund 9 Monaten stattfinden. Diese Cuvée wurde vom Baur au LacVins- Degustationsteam aus den Tanks 1, 6 und 8 zusammengestellt.
