At Domaine Cornulus, the Antica line stands for top quality, expression of the terroir, complex structure and durability. This Cabernet Franc from old vines comes from three biodynamically cultivated plots. On the nose, it smells peppery, smoked chilli and delicate herbs. On the palate, it is well structured. Its powerful body and pleasant acidity are accompanied by fine-grained tannins. It has a mineral note, accompanied by delicate notes of sloes, elderberries, peppers, fine cocoa and graphite. After a few years of bottle storage, it will unfold its great variety of aromas in full splendor. It is also known as “Cheval Blanc du Valais”. Tip: Be sure to decant.
