Tasting note
The bouquet of the Barbaresco DOCG of anise shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The outstanding notes of roses and cherries create their individual texture. A strong body and outstanding acidity result in the fruity red wine, which shows a lot of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.

Information on vinification: Selected Nebbiolo grapes from the municipality of Barbaresco - primarily from the Asili vineyard - are used for this wine.
