About the wine

Sixty-three members are currently organized in Cantina Produttori. They cultivate almost 100 hectares of vineyards, largely in the best locations of Barbaresco. The crus Asilli, Rabajá, Montestefano, Pajé and Rio Sordo are among them. As in the beginning almost 50 years ago, only one grape variety is cultivated: the Nebbiolo. It is processed into Barbaresco DOC, Riserva and Nebbiolo Langhe, and Riserva wines are only released in particularly good years... The wines of the Barbaresco cooperative have always been a true reflection of the region, the soil and the craft tradition. They beguile with a variety of fruit notes, an abundance of aromas, they are astonishingly long-lasting and still inexpensive.
