This wine has a fresh, floral, and fruity vibe thanks to its clear Atlantic character. Think notes of citrus, stone fruits, white blossoms, and chamomile, all tied together by a subtle minerality from the sandy soils. A gentle touch of yeast aging and light oak adds creamy, slightly bready hints. On your palate, it’s silky, well-balanced, and layered, with lively acidity, fine structure, and a long, smooth finish.

Vinification
The grapes are handpicked in small 11-kg boxes and cooled down to 6 °C right after harvest. Fermentation and a nine-month yeast aging happen in 500-liter French oak barrels. Before bottling, the final blend is carefully put together in a concrete tank.
