About the wine
The California Classic Cabernet Sauvignon from Beringer shows ripe aromas of blackcurrants, cherries and a hint of vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, soft and fruity with soft tannins and a pleasant aftertaste. Ideal for easy wine enjoyment — alone or with grilled meat and pasta.
Tasting note
The refreshing bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco brilliantly flirts with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper will resolutely and consciously convince your senses of taste. Its elegant ruby red crowns every festive occasion with style and elegance. You won't find this color in any color palette. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with Gruyère burgers, pizza with mushrooms and ribeye steak. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 15°C.
