Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. Fine, persistent perlage. Intense aromas of white flowers and green apples on the nose. Elegant and naturally soft on the palate, yet lively, with pleasant and refreshing acidity. Excellent long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Great sparkling wine with risotto alla marinara or grilled fish.
Vinification
An excellent cru from the Monfalcon organic vineyard. The vines for this excellent Valdobbiadene DOCG grow at 300-400 meters above sea level on extremely steep slopes, creating the ideal conditions.
