Tasting note
The refreshing bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco has a complex aroma character and a lot of pleasure potential. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper create their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which harmoniously develops its complex structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.

Vinification
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc mature in oak barrels (55% new barrique) for a maximum of 18 months.
