Tasting note
Dark red color with aromas of black cherries, blackberries and fresh plums. A fresh wine with silky tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Classic Bordeaux, which goes great with meat dishes with dark sauce or grilled food.
Vinification
Blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot, which is then stored in new French oak barrels for 21 months. One of the few Bordeaux wines that are still filtered with egg white.
