The last grapes that Laurence Féraud harvests from her oldest vines, when they are almost beginning to shrink on the vine but are still very healthy, these are vinified separately with the intention of bottling the Cuvée Da Capo from them. Around 70% of the grapes are Grenache, the rest is spread over the numerous, old, local varieties. Laurence only produces the Cuvée da Capo in vintages that allow wines to be pressed that are more massive, structured than the already great Cuvée Réservée, in order to allow even longer storage. It is a monumental wine, un vin de méditation, which captivates you with its complex, multi-layered aroma.
