About the wine
The Bodega Familiar Uribes Madero stands in hats in Mancha, Spain. Patron Francisco Uribes Madero says that this is the only way all our passion can flow into the wine. This is also how he came up with the rare designation of origin of a Vino de Pago, which is only preserved by vineyards that produce wines over the years that authentically reflect their origin.

Tasting note
The range of aromas, which is revealed in the nose, is wide-ranging, interwoven and has a high intensity. The fruity notes (blackberry, blackcurrant, elderberry, plum) are accompanied by floral aromas and herbal and spicy scents that are reminiscent of mint, eucalyptus, licorice, vanilla. The aging aromas (liquorice, tobacco, coffee) are subtly present. The start on the palate is fruity and fresh. This is accompanied by velvety tannins, which leave an elegant, delicate impression. It is a character wine that offers a great deal and is convincing.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with mushroom starters, Spanish tortilla, veal stew, veal appetizers, lamb gigot, leg, lamb grilled, beef stew, beef appetizers, roast pork, grilled pork and grilled chicken.
Vinification
Aged for 12 months in barriques, then aged in the bottle for several months
