About the wine
The grapes grow in a beautiful nature reserve, which borders a large oak forest. On an impermeable sandstone slab, the vine feeds on a thin but rich layer of humus of oak leaves and vine shoots.

Tasting note
Light pink in the glass with copper reflections. On the nose, the unique combination of ripe lemon, raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, Ultimate Provence (also known as UP Rosé) is wonderfully spicy thanks to its Syrah content with good acidity. This makes it a great food companion. But it is also simply to be enjoyed. Fresh start in the mouth, followed by a round, easy finale. Fine balance between fruit and freshness. The ultimate wine for every occasion!

Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the night. The wine ages on fine lees for a few months before being bottled.
