Tasting note
This rosé impresses with its sparkling and strong salmon-pink color. On the nose, the fruity aromas of red wild berries, some citrus and a slight touch of spices inspire. On the palate, on the other hand, there is a lot of berry aroma with a slight acidity and a slightly sweet tip on the finish. A very aromatic rosé that wonderfully combines the elegant and fruity aromas of Pinot Noir with the strong notes of Cabernet Dorsa. A summer wine par excellence.

Goes well with fresh summer dishes, barbecues, aperitifs, Asian and spicy dishes
Vinification
This rosé is pressed using the saignée method. This means that after harvesting, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Dorsa grapes are carefully crushed separately. After approx. 12 hours - when enough color has been extracted from the grape skins - the must is removed without pressing. As a result, the fruity components remain in the must and the bitter substances contained in the grape seeds are separated. The rose-colored wine is then fermented and aged in steel tanks. A committee consisting of winemakers and various wine experts only determines the final blend of the two grape varieties for the Cuvée dor shortly before bottling. The aim is to achieve the highest possible level of quality consistency.
