About the wine
The “Canaan Red” refers to sweet fruits such as cherries and plums, with notes of black pepper and a hint of vanilla. With a medium body and light tannin content, this wine is very easy to drink. The wine consists of a cuvée of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Syrah. During the warm fermentation, the must is poured over the skins several times a day to obtain an even deeper color and more mature taste. This red wine is not suitable for maturation, but it can also be enjoyed a certain period of time after purchase. Try the wine with roasted poultry, a shepherd's cake, or a creamy risotto.
