About the wine
Sixty-three members are currently organized in Cantina Produttori. They cultivate almost 100 hectares of vineyards, mostly in the best locations in Barbaresco. The crus Asilli, Rabaja, Montestefano, Paié and Rio Sordo are among them. As in the beginning almost 50 years ago, only one grape variety is cultivated, the Nebbiolo. It is processed into Barbaresco DOC, Riserva and Nebbiolo Langhe, and Riserva wines are only bottled in particularly good years. The wines were and always are a true reflection of the region, the soil and the craft tradition. They beguile with a wide range of flavors and are always relatively inexpensive.

Its elegant garnet red crowns every festive occasion with style and charm. You won't find this shade in any color catalog. The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC aromas of anise express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. The floral nuances of roses and cherries then show their own character. With dominantly rich tannins, a strong body and outstanding acidity, this fruity red wine shows its masterly structure.

Flaschenpöstler tip: Langhe Nebbiolo DOC goes perfectly with pizza, truffle risotto and beef.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: The fermentation takes place in a cement tank. The pomace hat is knocked over twice a day. Furthermore, the wine ages for 6 months in wooden barrels, where the malolactic acid transformation also takes place.
