About the wine
This strong Chardonnay 2014 — Les Vieilles Vignes Fourchaume 1er Cru Chablis AOC is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The gravelly, loamy soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Pascal Bouchard everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Chardonnay is excellent to serve with fish with herbs or asparagus.
