Brilliant rosé with a subtle orange tint. Fresh and fruity bouquet that is reminiscent of summer fruits. Full-bodied wine with the special “rosé aroma”. Thanks to its special vinification, the Oeil de Perdrix has the complexity of a red wine and the finesse of a white wine.
