About the wine
A distinctive blend of Grenache Gris and the mushroom-resistant Souvignier Gris variety — completely without spray. Climate-adapted, ecologically and passionately produced by the Benin family. A successful transalpine drink that at the same time reminds you of home and awakens a holiday atmosphere.

Tasting note
Clear golden yellow. Original nose of white fruits, ripe grapefruit and mirabelles, notes of tropical fruits, lychee and passionflower. Lively and juicy in the mouth, spicy and peppery, pleasantly light and fresh from Souvignier Gris, with a long-lasting body thanks to Grenache Gris.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled vegetables, fish and seafood. Also great with light summer dishes, poultry or simply as a fresh accompaniment to an aperitif platter with cheese and olives.
