Tasting note
The wine is electrifyingly fresh and straightforward. The nose is dominated by aromas of red fruits with a hint of moist forest soil, licorice and black pepper. pomegranate, raspberry and citrus notes. A gentle yet targeted punch on the palate and wonderfully balanced. Long, but not filling, but balanced, fresh and juicy.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with French cuisine, sophisticated Asian and African dishes and tasty vegetarian dishes with eggplant or beetroot.
