This Pinot is rich in finesse, elegant and distinguished in its essence. Lovers of this noble grape variety will enjoy the scent of forest soil, truffles, wild strawberries and withered tea roses. Its wonderful aromatic length on the palate is characterized by the taste of ripe berries and a balanced spiciness. The ageing in smaller oak barrels with a capacity of 600 liters is skillfully used without masking the fruit. At the age of around five years, it reaches perfect drinking maturity, but can easily be stored for another five years.
