Full of joie de vivre and joy. Fresh and cheerful notes, green apple, stone fruit, mango and floral notes. Exuberant pleasure on the palate, fresh, fruity, apple and pear, fine, discreet sweetness and slightly tart. Just puts you in a good mood.
Culinary recommendation
With light dishes, aperitifs and salmon pastes
Vinification
Read by hand. Fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts in steel tanks and finally in an autoclave (pressure vessel).
