About the wine
Sunny landscapes in Dão give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta de Cabriz conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Give yourself and your guests a treat for the senses with the fine Quinta de Cabriz Reserva DOC from 2013!
Tasting note
Ruby red color with soft brown reflections. Balsamic floral nuances on the nose, dominated by ripe red wild berries. On the palate, the wine is fruity and the tannins are soft. The aftertaste is long-lasting. Cabriz Reserva is a great wine for everyday use and appeals spontaneously.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stews, lamb, beef, grilled meats, aged cheeses.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26°C.
