About the wine

In the third generation, Birgit and Hansjörg Rebholz and their team work in harmony with nature without exception and interfere with the processes as little or no as possible. The vines must therefore make do with what nature around Siebeldingen gives them. This results in wines that take a long time to develop their strengths, but that is precisely why they have a lot of character.
