Tasting note
The open nose smells of stone fruit, pink grapefruit and lime. Fresh and chalky on the palate with great draft and lively aftertaste. A great estate riesling with a coherent overall impression.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually in several rounds and, after a few hours of maceration, are spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
