About the wine

Tasting note
Intense violet, expressive berry scent, good substance with spicy herbal notes, great fruit and a potent aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes, polenta.
Vinification
Short maceration and spontaneous fermentation. Ageing in Slavonian oak barrels for 6-8 months, then storage in concrete tanks for 12 months.
