About the wine
Salvarenza is one of those plots that was planted by the ancestors of the Gini brothers. There is a legend surrounding the name: Young Renza is said to have been saved here from a gang of deserts by a noble knight. The five hectares are planted with 90 percent Garganega and 10 percent Trebbiano. The vines are on average over 80 years old, the yield is very low at 4000 kilograms per hectare, and the mineral concentration of the grapes and the wine is enormous.

Tasting note
The Gini brothers own vines in the most famous locations. There they produce soave of great concentration and stature. They cultivate six hectares in the La Froscà area, which is characterized by limestone and tuff soils. The yield is 600 grams per square meter.
