About the wine
With the special Spatburgunder Gutswein from 2012, you will positively surprise your guests. Picturesque and sunny landscapes of the Rhine Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Rings conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
Ripe on the nose, with bright cherries and warming spices. On the palate, the wine is rather spicy. The texture is characterized by density and juiciness that is a lot of fun. As always, the Spätburgunder from Rings lay in large wooden barrels. This gives the red wine a ripe impression with a long and soft finish.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die ideale Genussphase dieses Weins: 2-6 Jahre nach der Ernte.
Vinification
Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Nach der sorgfältigen Handlese und Selektion der besten Trauben wird der Wein vergoren. Der Ausbau des Jungweines erfolgt dann zum einen Teil im Stahltank und zum anderen in gebrauchten Barriques.
