About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Livio Felluga masters this white wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Friuli. With the fine Terre Alte Rosazzo DOC Colli Orientali Friuli from 2016, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Color bright yellow, bright and intense Nose: Great elegance and complexity. Rich bouquet, enveloping and harmonious. Refined white flowers, jasmine and acacia blossoms blend with fruit notes of canary melon, yellow peach, apricot compote and tropical notes of passion fruit and pineapple. The citrus aromas are enriched by elegant, creamy notes of pastry, candied almonds, vanilla, crème brûlé. Balsamic cedar, thyme and liquorice finish Continuous development of the palate: Strong start, full and velvety. Excellent harmony with the nose and great refinement. Pleasant sour note. Mineral, spicy and round. The richness of tropical fruits, nuts and creamy notes is enhanced by spicy notes of white pepper and cardamom. Long and persistent, the aftertaste is elegant and floral.
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
The grapes were carefully destemmed and macerated for a short time. Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where they mature for around ten months. Friulano was fermented and aged in small French oak barrels. Ageing: Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon mature in stainless steel tanks, while Friulano is stored in small oak barrels. After ten months of aging, the wines are dazzled. The bottled wine is then stored in temperature-controlled storage cellars for up to 9 months.
