The grapes are unique, selected during harvesting in our vineyards, overripe with increased sugar content, harvested by hand from the vine. The vinification in keeping with tradition, the maturation first in barriques and later in steel barrels, make it a unique wine: of determined color, rich in aromas ranging from those of ripe fruit to those of spices, a full taste with a sweet aftertaste that is excellent with the good acidity is an ideal wine for a convivial gathering, goes well with mature cheeses, sweet and sour meat dishes and dark chocolate. Serving temperature: 16-21°C.
