Halfway between Florence and Pisa lies a very special town. Its name is world famous, but the place still requires a bit of insider knowledge. We are talking about Vinci, Leonardo's hometown. The son of a winemaking family, Da Vinci not only created masterpieces such as the «Mona Lisa» and «The Last Supper», but also wrote about 6000 manuscript pages on a wide variety of topics, including viticulture. The «Cantine Leonardo da Vinci» have reconstructed a method of winemaking (Metodo Leonardo®) from these writings. With it they conjure up ingenious wines since then.
One lucky person will be drawn among all those who buy a wine from the winery «Cantine Leonardo da Vinci» in the period from 24.11. to 30.11.2024 and confirm their participation in the form below. The prize includes travel to and from Vinci, an overnight stay in Vinci for two people on a full-board basis, a guided tour of the tranquil town and a visit to the winery with tasting.
