About the wine

The “Yarden Pinot Gris” is presented by notes of green apple, nashi, lime, pomelo, white peach and tropical fruits with a balanced floral character. This attractive medium-bodied white wine has a delightful taste combined with freshness and drinkability. The “Yarden Pinot Gris” is produced exclusively from Pinot Gris grapes grown in two vineyards on the northern Golan Heights. The variety, which is widespread in Alsace, is also popular in northeast Italy, where it is known as Pinot Grigio. Around half of the wine is fermented in large oval oak barrels. Consume the wine for the first 3 years to experience maximum enjoyment. It is best enjoyed with grilled halibut in a delicious orange remoulade, fried chicken or a Primavera risotto.
