Franciacorta DOCG Brut Rosé 2021 - Castello Bonomi

Fruity bouquet of wild strawberries and ripe blackcurrants, plus fresh flowers, herbs and delicate brioche from yeast storage. Juicy and elegant on the palate, the perlage is delicate and makes for a great liveliness. Aromatic on the palate with a little less fruit, but fine yeast notes and floral accents come into their own. Thanks to its low dosage, this rosé is wonderfully fresh, characterful and inspiring to drink. Good length on the finish with a fine melt and a tart, fruity touch.
