About the wine
With the first-class Gavi di Gavi Rolona DOCG, which was produced in 2017, you will certainly have a lot of fun. The winemaker from the Italian winery Castellari Bergaglio is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the flourishing and fertile Piedmont countryside.

Tasting note
Aromas of fine yeast, lime blossom, banana and pineapple, delicate, fine. Soft start on the palate, lively and salty, appetizing. In the past, the Cortese vine was popular because it gave a generous harvest, then despised because the wine was too thin after all, and today people are fighting for it again: Skilfully handled and specially curbed in yield, the result is a finely annoying wine, subtle in its aromatic expression and wonderfully balanced on the palate with a lively breed. Marco Bergaglio's old vines only produce small quantities of extremely rich, mineral-rich grapes. And this is the wine: delicate yet exciting.

Angaben über Vinifizierung: Die Gärung findet bei 18 bis 20 Grad Celsius im Stahltank statt und kann gut und gerne 20 Tage dauern.
