Tasting note
Bright cherry red robe with purple trim. Light and fresh on the nose with notes of red and black fruits accompanied by spicy, slightly roasted wood notes. Expressive, intense wine. Well-structured on the palate, fruity-fresh, lively and balanced with soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Sausages, cheeses and tomato dishes such as pasta pomodoro.
Vinification
6 months in American and French oak barrels.
