The “beginner” of Flavia. A blend of 60% Meunier and 40% Chardonnay, composed with 60% of the 2018 vintage as a base, with the rest from reserve wines from 2012-2017. Mineral-fresh nose with aromas of lemon zest, apricot (kernels), and red forest berries, underlaid with notes of chalk powder and a little almond flour. Fruity on the palate, with a wonderfully fresh start, crisp notes of citrus and again a subtle, finely creamy almond touch that gives a nice texture.
