The organizer of the competition is Flaschenpost Services AG, Räffelstrasse 28, 8045 Zurich, hereinafter “Flaschenpost”.
2.1 Only persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation and have a permanent residence in Switzerland are eligible to participate. All persons who were/are directly or indirectly involved in the planning and/or execution of the competition are excluded from participation.
2.2 Every customer who orders at least one bottle of Lua Vinho de Mesa(https://www.flaschenpost.ch/lua-vinho-de-mesa_lua?_size=750&_vintage=2022) via the Flaschenpost online store, by order form, or by phone/email during the promotion period (21.10.2024-17.11.2024) qualifies to take part in the competition.
2.3 Participation in the competition can be revoked at any time.
2.4 Flaschenpost reserves the right to exclude participants from participation at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these conditions of participation or manipulation.
3.1 Participation in the competition by purchasing Lua is possible from October 21, 2024 to November 17, 2024.
3.2 The winners will be drawn within 14 days of the end of the competition. The winners will be determined at random
4.1 The prize includes a trip to Lisbon worth up to CHF 1,500
4.2 It includes return flights from a Swiss departure airport of the winner's choice to Lisbon for two people, as well as two nights' accommodation in a centrally located hotel in Lisbon in the four-star category or higher.
4.3 Flaschenpost reserves the right to commission a tour operator to organize the trip.
4.4 The prize can be redeemed until June 30, 2025 (start of the trip). Any trips not booked by then will be forfeited.
