Tasting note
Charming on the nose, not too intrusive, but not inconspicuous either. A tasty, fruity Nebbiolo. It is reminiscent of prunes, red cherries and elderberries and reveals velvety tannins.
Culinary recommendation
A real vin de soif, which can be enjoyed with home cooking, a fine filet or simply in good company.
Vinification
The maturation takes place in a 10,000-liter wooden barrel with the number 026, which was the inspiration for the naming and label design.
