About the wine
The folks at the Contrà Soarda family winery pulled out all the stops to work as close to nature as possible. Pair this unsulfured orange wine with aged cheeses or Asian food to bring out its aromas of candied fruits and sweet spices.
Tasting note
Orange golden yellow color. On the nose, fine notes of ripe ripeness and aromas of caramelized apples. The finish is light tannins with a salty finish. An elegant orange wine. The Vespailo Veneto bianco does not contain sulphites.
Culinary recommendation
It is very suitable for aperitifs, appetizers and light dishes.
