About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Puglia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Vigne Monache conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. We have a special, provocative red wine from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Primitivo is ideal to be served with spicy hard cheese or Brasato.
Tasting note
Pure Primitivo grapes, with intense ruby red and some garnet hues. On the nose, distinct notes of very ripe fruits and spices. Very fine and elegant wine, with typical aromatic notes of the vineyard.
Culinary recommendation
Very suitable for rich dishes, especially roasts, grilled meats, but also pasta dishes with spicy sauces.
