About the wine
This provocative Monastrell 2016 — 3015 Ecologico DOP is in the truest sense of the word a hit right down to the last drop! The winemaker from the Spanish winery Finca Bacara has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the graceful landscape in Levante. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this monastrell with polenta or brasato.

Tasting note
The glass has a beautiful ruby red color. Floral aromas and beautiful red and black fruity notes in the bouquet. An elegant character, well-integrated tannins and a soft and ripe palate aroma round off the enjoyment.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this organic red wine at a slightly chilled 16°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2016 - 2022. Flaschenpost team recommends this 3015 Ecologico DOP with sausages, brasato and polenta.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand at the end of September and grow in organically cultivated vineyards. The ageing takes place in American oak barrels for 2 months. A VEGAN vinified wine.
