Tasting note
Soft mousse with good persistence and a fine, continuous perlage. COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. BOUQUET: Fresh, rich, elegant, discreetly persistent, with notes of white-fleshed fruit and a hint of citrus. TASTE: On the palate, it shows remarkable freshness and pleasant acidity; it is soft and balanced, with a pleasant citrus sensation on the finish.

Goes well with antipasti, aperitifs and starters.
Vinification
Der Wein wird im Frühling nach der Ernte in Flaschen gefüllt und reift im Kontakt mit den Hefen für min. 24 Monate. Nach der Enthefung ruhen die Flaschen wenigstens weitere 2 Monate im Keller.
