Tasting note
Intense ruby red and a very complex nose Dark cherry red. Wide range of aromas (blackberries, elderberries). On the palate, complex fruit, powerful and rich with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with pasta such as Apulian orecchiette, pizza, grilled meat, as well as rabbit, game and lamb. Harmonious with ripe pecorino.
