Tasting note
The bodega's flagship captures the unique character of the exceptionally old Tempranillo vines. Wonderfully fresh aromas of dark berries and plums on the nose. On the palate, typical Tempranillo aromas harmonize with the scent of blackberries and plums, coffee, fresh tobacco and sweet spices. This vintage is complex, nuanced and well-structured, powerful and deep, perfectly balanced and of excellent quality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, venison, meat dishes and cheese.
Vinification
Vinified in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 19 months in new French barriques.
